How We Work

Fully equipped mobile units. Vehicles carrying their own power, cutting equipment and consumables, so sites with no facilities are not a problem.

What is fabrication?
Metal fabrication is the process of building something from raw metal by cutting, bending, shaping, and joining it. Welding is one part of that process. A fabricator takes material and drawings and produces a finished item, whereas a welder joins metal that already exists in some form.
Do you come to site, or does the work come to you?
Both. Mobile welding suits anything fixed in place, structural, or too large to move, and it avoids downtime. Workshop fabrication suits builds, batch work, and anything needing controlled conditions. We will say which is cheaper for your job.
What metals do you weld?
Mild and structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Different materials need different processes and preparation, so tell us the material when you enquire because it affects both the method and the price.
Do you do MIG and TIG welding?

Do you work from drawings?
Yes, and also without them. Send drawings if you have them. If you do not, we can measure on site and work from that, which is common on repairs and retrofit work.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. Small repairs, brackets, gates and one-off items are regular work. Tell us what it is, and we will quote it rather than turning it away for being small.
